I come here once or twice every few weeks, It's jointed In with a gas station not far from the freeway. I ordered the new Alaskan Fish sandwich and gave it a try and I like it, they gave me a fresh hot piece of fish and asked me to park my car on the side. Only waited about 5 minutes and It was worth it because I got fresh hot fries too. The flavor was delicious and food was nice and hot. I believe I came at a good time of the day, very good service. The second time I came to order the sandwich was a little bit different and felt rushed to say my order. This was around 8 at night, much different service. The French fries were more hard and my soda was flat, no fizz. Best time to come here Is the afternoon.
We t to drive through at 9:55 for lunch. The lady said they are doing breakfast only. I've been there before at 9:30 and they served lunch. She was just being lazy!
Don't go there late night, the sign at the door says 11 for inside. I walked inside at 10:47 and the workers said they were already closed, just the drive thru is open, we get to the kiosk to order at 10:48. The said "we're closed" they still wouldn't after I said you just told me to go to the drive thru, so just be aware these guys close 15 minutes before "closing" at 11
Great Chocolate Frosty's and piping hot French fries!!This Wendys shares an inside room with a self-serve Chevron gas station!You could pick your favorite 12 pack of drink, beef jerky, make a custom hot chocolate and coffee mixture and if that don't get pay for a drive through modern car wash. It's located on The East Side of Airport Blvd. at the outside edge of Livermore Town. The location is quickly on & off again highway 580 so now you know!!
Great service and I was able to buy my $2 Wendy's Key Fob which gets me a year's worth of FREE FROSTYS with every purchase!!!!
Ordered food didn't have any once I already payed told me only had 2 spicy chi Ken sandwishes not 3 and I asked for coke n they gave me Dr pepper
Preparation is fairly quick. I personally eat here for the chicken nuggets since they are fired without milk. I have a dairy allergy and have been good while eating the nuggets. Can’t really speak for anything else on the menu. The one critique I will say is, double check your order before heading home. I’m y order has been incorrect a few times before (when ordering for other people), so I’ve had to go in a few times.
I have to visit this place out of necessity almost every other day. I have worked in the customer service industry my entire life… let me just tell you.. these folks aren’t equipped. Asking for extra napkins will get you an eye roll ? and one or two extra, so don’t bother. They don’t like giving anything extra… not a ketchup packet… nor a smile. When you leave this place, you can be sure that at least 1 thing will be wrong with your order when you drive away…. Every … single… time.
Not a very easy entrance and exit, if you come from the opposite direction. D T is speedy, but hard to understand. And they have no patience to clarify your order. And d t is hidden behind gas station
Workers need to work on their customer service and put a smile on your face.
