Açaí bowls and smoothies were delicious! Very friendly staff and order came out quick in a timely matter.
The 2 people working today Sunday 5/1 have the worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 bowls online pre paid for and came to pick them up 30 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be ready. When I got here the girl told me that they “didn’t have” one of the bowls so they decided to not make my entire order. They claimed they called me, which they never did. I asked what number they had for me and the girl said “I don’t know” and claimed the guy working with her called me. Don’t know how they “didn’t have” a bowl but I asked for a different type. They made me wait for over 20 minutes to make my bowls that should’ve at that point been ready an hour before. When they were finally ready the guy was really rude when he gave me my order. Really frustrating experience and awful customer service all together. Really hope they get new employees.

Livermore location is under new management and they are great. Service is wonderful. The menu is filled with very yummy healthy options. We are blessed to have Vitality Bowl in Livermore. They could use your support. Try a bowl a wrap or a smoothie. You will NOT be disappointed. Your body will thank you.

Love this place! They have a great variety of bowls to choose from and you can pair it with a Panini. Lots is healthy smoothies and juices freshly made.
