Waited for a long time to order pizza for my hungry kids and finally make it to the front of the line and the cashier, Hispanic lady, tells the guy before me that I have COVID. I have no idea what prompted her to say that but I lost my appetite and stepped out of the line, in an efforts to not tell her off and not make a scene. Thank you for the worst customer service on Father’s Day!
The Stromboli is quite good but I tried to order three but only got one. This place isn’t sanitary either. Another item I ordered was the mac and cheese and the lady wasn’t wearing gloves so when she scooped it in the container, her hands touched our food. Gross.
Preferred place to eat at the outlets for years. I really like the Stromboli and pizza slices. Good service too!
Food is decent but way overpriced. $9.50 for one slice of pizza and a medium fountain drink! Plus .76 for a little container of ranch. Is there a cheese and tomoto sauce shortage in northern California that I did not know about? Did the cartels finally take over the pepperoni industry? Someone please explain this to me. I am so lost.
TASTY MAC AND CHEESE! Seriously great mac and cheese, so rich and flavorful! Same with the neopolitan cheese pizza pie! Yummy!

I ordered there value meals I picked a pepperoni stromboli with a side of penne pasta which was flavorless along with a fountain drink and a side of buffalo chicken wings and total to $18.08. Was expecting by far more flavor to their food!! Very disappointed with that said will not return. Oh and if you request parmesan cheese get ready to be redirected to the oregano container with so called cheese which was empty and I informed the cahier and ignored me. Very disappointed.
