The salmon sashimi were thick generous pieces and were delicious (some of the best I've had) . I got the California roll without avacado (because I don't like it) and it came as large pieces very full of delicious crab mix. Service was great. Highly recommend.
I ordered this Korean chirashi also known as Korean sashimi rice bowl or hoedeopbap (회덮밥) in Korean.The sashimi was very fresh. And it also had seaweed as one of the ingredients. They give you delicious red sauce to be mixed with chirashi. I thought the bowl was really neat with the right amount or balance(?) of rice + sashimi + veggies. Cuz I felt like some Korean chirashi had too many veggies.The server was super nice. I would def visit this restaurant again to try out one of Katsus next time.
Great atmosphere and great sushi. The tonkatsu wasn't much to our liking but that's just a personal preference. I would recommend this place to others. Great service.
So good. The bay area roll is with cucumber instead of rice and has this sweet mango sauce on top YUM!!!!! The best I've ever had the udon soup is rich in flavor and everything thing is so fresh. I'm ordering seconds of the bay area roll.
I was craving sushi last night and their wait time was the least amount on DoorDash. I ordered two rolls and was not impressed with either. Especially for the price. I think I will stick to my favorite sushi places in the future. There was good flavor but the quality of the fish wasn't the same as other places I've been to. I had a lot of tough texture and had to spit out several pieces because I couldn't break them down by chewing.
Small portions and over priced.
Picked up two rolls for my girlfriend last night. She enjoyed them until about 1am today, when she woke up vomitting. Order was placed on 11/1, server was Maxx. Thanks for the food poisoning, won't be coming back!
Best Japanese restaurant I've had since my trip to Japan. Lots of authentic food options, which is important if you have friends who don't eat fish (like me). We'll definitely be coming back for more.
I went while the chef was training so it was... well... Awesome! Wonderful flavors, the peach sauce drizzle was great, the staff was very friendly and the fish quality was really high and the presentation was beautiful! I wish I would've taken some pictures, but I'm coming back to Tommy's for sure!
