As with ANY food place post covid you must be clear when ordering and ALWAYS check before leaving. Minimum wage staff aren't paid enough to care. That is how all restaurants are these days: To go means expect terrible service.That said, the sandwiches are AWESOME! Same menu and quality as the Sunnyvale Branch and it never disappoints. And when dining in (and even when getting to-go) the staff are quite congenial and fun.I like the quality here more than Amatos, Theos, or Jersey's; they just get the mix of flavors right by me.If you want a great cheesesteak come here, if you want amazing service go to a different country where that is still valued over the almighty dollar.
I was there ordered a food and the man who is cooking droped the cooking martial in the ground, he just picked it up and started using it , the floor is dirty, he did not even wash that thing. Supper dirty habits.
Sorry I ate my sandwich before I could write this review. The cheesesteak shop offers multiple locations but I’ve found that different locations taste different. The location in Livermore and Vallejo are by far my favorites. Always very clean and the food is always fresh and just how I ordered it. I just wish I could buy a jar of the sweet peppers they’re so GOOD..
Can take a while to complete your order but the food is worth the wait. And the price cuz the prices are pretty high.

Really great tasting subs, would definitely recommend and return for their original Philly steak, the staff is pleasant and they have always cooked my food fast so waiting is not an issue…

Food is decent but you'll need to stick with what they offer on the board. No custom orders. Tried to add pepperoni to a sandwich that didn't have it and they couldn't do that. That seemed odd to me so I went back another time and tried again and got the same answer. I was trying to make a Charles pepperoni steak using what they offered and just adding the pep but it was a no go.
