I like Taco Bell and this should be a 4 star review. But in the 3 years I've been coming to this location (monthly on average) we have never received our order correctly. There is always, and I mean always something wrong with the order. I'm not exaggerating we have literally never had it turn out correct once. I've never had these problems in other locations just this one. We don't do crazy special orders either. Crispy taco combo, Taco supreme combo, then usually a few sides, rice, nachos and maybe a chalupa or burrito. Sometimes they forget an item or two. Sometimes they give us the wrong thing. One time the guy working the drive thru window even spilled the drinks onto me and into my car by tipping the tray forward as he reached out the window. All he said was "my bad". Like I said I like Taco Bell, and I've been really patient hoping that with turnover and time things would improve, but unfortunately I believe management, training and employee execution are just grossly incompetent here. Too bad it's the one closest to my house!
We ordered on DoorDash and our dasher said they only gave him one bag and when we checked we were missing half of our order so we went back and they remade it but once again they messed up our order. When we even gave them our receipt. We are still missing stuff from our order!!! I tried giving them 0 stars but it doesn’t work.
Taco Bell locations are a hit and miss kind of place. Meaning: Your food might and more often than not, will come to you half stuffed. There is nothing worse than ordering a crunchy Taco and getting two bites in and still no food. Or requesting a freshly fried Chalupa Supreme and getting it luke warm or cooler. NOT ACCEPTABLE!If a food establishment is going to give set pictorial guide lines, then as a customer, I and You should be getting what you see. That is NOT the case in most ALL Taco Bells.Step it Taco Bell!
I should have know better. This was the first time in a while I had been, my last experience at a different location left me crunching through a burrito because mixed through out was hard dried up rice. This time I had to spit out every bit of a chicken quesadilla because the chicken was hard. I ordered two and in every piece was chunks of dried out chicken. $8 in the garbage.
I went there 2 times and they got my order COMPLETELY wrong we order 2 plane crunchy tacos and they put everything on it we order crunchy taco supreme and they give us 2 burritos!
Edit: if you order more than 5 things, prepare to have missing things. Check your food. Hella line tonight so didn't check as throughout. Missing two items.Thats just mean. Aint even a full serving.
It's Taco Bell. Not great food but it is kinda cheap and fast-ish. If you go to the drive though, make sure to get your receipt and check your bag for the correct items you ordered. This has happened to me like five times. I had to go back.
I don't generally eat out but I did and it was really good good service good food that day...
