The workers are not friendly.The sandwiches are made poorly.No wonder no one is in a line for this place.Highly not recommded.
Wanted to slowly ring up two customers instead of just passing me my pre ordered item. Takes two seconds! Not surprised by the other reviews. Simon, why do you continue to let this happen in your mall?
The worst Subway sandwich ever. The bread was dry and not enough salad on my tuna sandwich. This is not what I am used to in Subway! Very disappointing!
35 min before closing and he wouldn't make me a sandwich. I'm 7 months pregnant and worked all day with no lunch. I begged him. He said everything was all cleaned up and put away. Also the main man behind the counter never washes his hands before making a sandwich. even before covid. He Just gloves it. His customer service is horrible and he's always on the phone talking to someone while making sandwiches and ringing you up.
The person at the counter was very rude.I asked for protein bowl and guy who was making it put very less onion in it so the other guy told him to put more but the cashier guy said no need that’s enough thought I never asked for more but his tone and behavior was very unprofessional I’ll never order here.who so ever the owner is need to look into these reviews and tell employees to be polite with customers?
Very rude, worse customer service I've ever seen. Also the bread was not fresh. It was rubber and hard.
Paying customers should be allowed to use the restrooms, especially because this place serves food. Employee was very rude to my son. No customer restrooms available. Seek friendly service, food, & restroom elsewhere.
It tastes like normal subway food and they prepare it just the same as any other subway.Difference is that I have never had a friendly staff interaction. One of the employees knows that I work there and yet he would continue to deny my mall discount

This place has the same owner as the one across the street and you can tell. They both have items on the menu that they don’t actually serve-like breakfast or meatball sandwiches.
