I bought Starbucks tumbler for someone but didn’t get the chance to visit them. It’s untouched. I went to the same store for return. This guy Connor was about to do a return but this gender or racial-based lady refused for no solid reason. She asked for the receipt which I never received it. If receipt is so important, why can’t the staff adds the receipt in the bag without asking whether the customer need it or not. But I guess ‘women can be women.’ Every day I keep on reminding myself that I will change this image of a woman!

Second time in arow ny Starbucks app shows enough money and when i pay it says not enough money!
I was buying a grande coffee this morning and when I tried to pay for it using the Starbucks app a message appeared on the screen saying that the app couldn't be used because maintenance was being performed. Why would a coffee shop company perform app maintenance at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning? Wouldn't 2:00 a.m. be better! I paid cash for the coffee.
