I've been visiting this Starbucks for 21 years. Visit others in the Bay Area and they're not like this one. The store is always clean, the crew is very professional, Laura runs a tight shift.
Customer Service was perfect... and I tried a drink they recommended it was so GOOD ... Apple Crisp ?

The cashier was a great guy nice service, the women who served me the drink didn’t call my name or anything, she just push it out to the table and turned around and left I said thank you she still ignored me, I am glad I don’t live in this city if I do I will never stop by this Starbucks! Be better and show some respect to your customers!
friendly staffs, clean and organized store
Basic Starbucks. Got a decaf pour over since it seems that decaf is rarely available otherwise. Got charged extra for plant-based milk, which makes no sense to me or others who don't consume animal products. With this upcharge, tax, & tip too expensive for a cup of coffee. Disappointed that such a huge corporation feels it's acceptable to upcharge for plant-based milk & doesn't have any vegan offerings. Lots of butter, milk, eggs, even meats. Really think Starbucks is missing the mark with the huge increase in veganism. Won't go there again until & if they broaden their offerings & stop charging more for soy milk.
Coffee always yummy. The muffins seemed to have gotten smaller.
This Starbucks has always been the Starbucks that cares. I am not sure if its because its not attached to a grocery store and doesn't have a drive in, but this Starbucks feels like they really do care about the customer. This is the one, where I found out they will remake it if you don't like it, also where they ask how to spell a name instead of the usual butcher. They are even nice to the local bum who lurks the corner of Luckys for change. Sweet crew, everytime.
