When I made our reservations I specifically asked to not be seated under an AC vent because the kids get very cold and we were seated in the coldest area. Then while we were frying the pan got extremely hot and popped the oil into my friends eye and we couldn't find anyone to help turn it down. We asked for an extra frying pan as we were always given two before and he said there would be an extra charge. Then we didn't have enough fruit to dip in the chocolate for 4 people and asked for more fruit and was given an extra charge for that as well. We still love your restaurant but the experience wasn't great like before.
Our server, Taylor was extraordinary!! She is the best!! Will keep coming back as long as she is there.

My friends and I had dinner last night at Simply Fondueâ¦.it was so delicious and fun! Great service, food and drinks! The cucumber, jalapeí±o margarita was so refreshing. Weâll be back for sure. Brenden our server was attentive and helpful. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Anniversary
It was everything!! The food was so good. The vibe was amazing, drinks were delish! They even have cute mocktinis which my kids loved. Or waitress Chloe was outstanding. She was so knowledgeable, and helpful. She also didnât make us feel rushed. I canât wait to go back.
