Picky eater here... ordered the Japanese cowboy and a California roll. I called prior to verify if they had Kani (real crab), which is a must for me. The rep checked and said its real crab, then mumbled something about crab mix and when I pushed for clarity, she said it was real crab. $40 spent on imitation crab. Never coming back... Japanese Cowboy was decent.
Great little place with tasty veggie sushi. I have turned in to a veggie couple years back and always miss Sushi. This is an amazing place with great location in the heart of Livermore downtown. I definitely like the outside seating where you can hear live music (from an another restaurant). Sushi was amazing and the beer was nice as well. The have kept everything neat and tidy. Love this place and will be back for sure.
Always super fresh, great selection and service. They offer outdoor seating with heaters/umbrellas. One of our favourite sushi places especially with the convenient downtown location for people watching. ?
Great sushi! I’ve ordered from Roppongi for a while and have always been greeted with a warm smile and welcome back, even when I’m only ordering takeout! The rolls may be a bit higher priced than other sushi restaurants, but you get value for what you pay for. I’m thankful to see that this restaurant survived covid and hope to see them succeed more in the future.
Ordered delivery. Missing soy sauce, missing chop sticks, one roll not correct. And these rolls were 20 bucks a piece which is a premium price. Can't have garbage quality and charge these prices.
My favorite sushi restaurant in town. The sushi chefs are phenomenal, making delicious food consistently. Highly recommended.
While not the most classist joint to have sushi, its simple, meaningful, and good food. I took my mother-in-law and my wife (both vegetarian non-fish or meat eaters) and they had amazingly filling veggies and avocado rolls! I had a rainbow roll (Nothing to spectacular but still good nevertheless) and a roppongi roll (I asked for no mayo which was a good choice). We would definitely come back to this spot as its consistent and just overall good solid food!
Pricier but larger sushi rolls than average I've had. Great service and fresh food.
