Crazy! ? I was told that my 2 piece chicken was going to be 2 wings. Who does that!?They also messed up the rest of the order. And I was only ordering for 2 people.The owners need to do something about this store. Look at the reviews, most are bad.
Popeyes Livermore - the worst service ever! Only person in line and at least 8 people behind the counter yet it took 5 minutes for someone to help me. I ordered Spicy Chicken Tenders Meal. They said they didn’t have any spicy tenders. I had to ask if they were making anymore, because it seemed like he wanted me to settle for the mild. He said it would take 10 minutes. No problem I said, I’ll wait. 30 minutes later, I asked where my order was. Mind you, before I could get to the counter to ask, there were 2 people ahead of me with the wrong order. So, when I inquire about my meal, my ticket order wasn’t even on their holder thing, so they had to ask me for my receipt to create the order! Make sure you watch they place your order! Then ….. my meal came with 5 dips. They gave me 2. Even after we went through a whole thing of what dips they did and didn’t have! I ended up with 5, but not what I ordered. After repeating it 4 times. For some reason, looking at other posts, they have a weird relationship with their dips. UNDERCOVER BOSS-THEY NEED YOU!!
The Drive-Thru was at an absolute stand still so I waited until the car behind me gave up & left so I could back out and park to go inside. Once in after waiting for one person before me to be finally served, I asked if they had fish sandwiches (on the web it said they served flounder sandwiches) to which they replied no, so I left empty handed. Do not think I will go back.
I ordered a spicy chicken hamburger meal. I was satisfied and full. Nice fast food!
I think I should be able to get two complimentary sauce packets for spending $30+ dollars but of course they say they cannot every time because it depends on the type of food you order. Ridiculous. I don't ask for anything else yet Popeyes is this petty.
Had a chicken sandwiches and didnt taste to cajun style and burned on some bites no that good taste im used to other popeyes and no smashed potatoes with gravy they forgot my order
On Friday Dec 11 I got in line at drive thru. I was the 10th car in line at 6:30. It went very slow and I did not get my order till 7pm. Several people behind me were probably frustrated and got out of line.It appeared there were many employees but running around and seem disorganized. The guy handed me my order but forgot my drink. Finally he saw me still there and opened the window and handed it to me.Your food is good for sure and surpasses Chic filet which also has long lines but gets people thru much faster. Please work on this.Thanks

We ordered POPEYES online and when we came to pick it up, they ran out of chicken. Then they wasted 30 minutes of our time to discuss how they were going to pay us back.
This place sucked and it was dirty waited over 40 mins for food. Do not recommend.
