Foods taste are not bad and if u want to order u have to go counter and tell them what u want and paid or later its up to u , overall nice
We walked into this place ready to support their new business but when the food came out, there is no word to describe other than disappointed. The fish sauce was flavorless and very unpleasant. The Pho had more noodles than broth, with no Pho flavor in it. We also ordered barbecued pork and all we could taste was the flavor and smell of smoke. We did tell our waiter but unfortunately they didn’t do anything about it. Please think twice before going?
Friendly staff (not sure who other reviewers encountered), quick service, and decent food. Is there better Vietnamese? Sure - but this place is fine, and unexpectedly good given the location (hotel and strip mall adjacent).
Staff is kind and fast. Taste was okay but seafood seems not really fresh. Also found this stuff in my rice bowl. Definitely need to improve their hygiene and food preparation procedures.
Good modern atmosphere for Pho type restaurant. They offer rice plates and many others types too. Porkchops was delicious. Plenty of tables for large families.Plenty of parking in plaza even free from outlet cars.
I really wanted to like this place. The location is great and it’s next to Meet Fresh. I wonder if I went on a bad day, but the pho broth was waterey and there was almost no flavor. That just doesn’t sit well with me and I need to add a review.
Service was quick but Will avoid you like the plague after you ordered until it is time to pay. Not so knowledgeable on customer service. They are there just for the wages and tip. Treat customer like you are eating for free. Food is not the best! Flavorless
Staff helpful and kind, food came fast. Even on a busy Saturday night. Fresh veggies! So good. All of our family of 6, even the little ones loved their choice. Will definitely return.
pork taste not fresh—Updates: my kid vomitted twice tonight, I have no direct evidence it is causing by this meal, but i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Poor customer service, and very rude owner. Being short staffed is not an excuse to rush customers and give half-hearted to poor service. The owner is very triggered on Yelp when I mentioned that their kid’s pho does not have vegetables… I was irritated because while at the restaurant, when we asked why it didn’t come with vegetables, he just brushed us off and said “it for one with vegetables.” Okay fine, so, we ordered a side of vegetables with our server. Which never came.Anyway, the owner went off on a tirade on my Yelp review about his kids meals being kid’s meals and adults insisting on ordering them and complaining that it doesn’t have this or that. Does not even have the common sense to recover customers. Was it our mistake that he only mentioned the size (which was perfect for us) but not that it does NOT COME WITH VEGETABLES???But anyway, thank you sir, we will make sure to never return and also tell all our friends, both local, and tourists alike to never set foot at your Pho Hoa joint because of your sorry attitude. Also, since this is a franchise, Pho Hoa ought to know what travesty this guy is doing to their brand. Is this what Pho Hoa is about? Also, if I only had an inkling at the restaurant about his snarky attitude, now that I look back, I believe he was behaving that way because we are Asian women. What a misogynist. It’s 2021, and we are in California. ?As for the food, of course it was below average at best, the brisket is tough, not tender like typical good pho should be. The fresh spring roll was good. The fried one also good. As for the service, they have a sign up apologizing for being short staffed. But then you know, this place clearly would sacrifice quality for volume, because they were all rushing and always looked irritated when you order more. Really? The irony of that. Even the owner serves another table while taking our orders. So distracted. No wonder he goes off on women like he did.
