Cute place but the service was really off. None of the waitstaff knew anything about the beer menu, and nearly all taps were out anyway. Our whole table got the happy hour personal pizzas, which happen to NOT be they're famous deep dish pizza! No one even mentioned that to us, And the menu didn't specify at all. Maybe it was just an off night, but it didn't leave much it an impression with me or my party.
Food was delicious. Deep dish and thin crust pizza were both great. The service was terrible. Every person working there seemed miserable. From the host, to the servers, even the food runners not a single smile or friendly greeting in the slightest. Our server checked on us 3 times throughout the entire meal. Took our food, dropped off the check, picked up the check. The drinks never came out. We started getting our food and we were forced to go to the bar and ask them for our drinks and bring them back to our table. If you're looking for food here, might be best to just order it to go.

They have the best deep dish pizza in the area. Staff is very friendly, and orders are fulfilled in a reasonable amount of time. This was one of the few places where I completely forgot to snap a photo of the food because it is that good. I will be back & post something later.
I couldn’t imagine where one could find worse pizza than Paxti. Truck stop? Budget airline? Jail? Truthfully, I didn’t realize it’s a chain… but that’s no excuse. Paxti = garbage. Avoid.
Our server was great. I used to go there just for the amazing margaritas. This time, the margaritas were just okay. It tasted mostly like mix, where before it was more fresh fruit and tequila. Overall, great experience, killing it with the wings, bruschetta, and pizza. Always enjoyable!
Omg, the Burrata is amazing!!!Pizza was so so. I didn't like the sauce and the crust was like a pie crust, not bread.
Ordered a pan pizza for pickup. Got home to my pizza dripping in pizza sause. It was basically tomato soup poured over a few chuncks of cheese. Both of my kids said it was nasty and my wife refused to touch it. The only good part was the dough which was more like a deep dish with a thicker crust. Pan pizzas aren't suppose to be like that. For 30 plus dollers it was just overwhelmingly disappointing. I have had pizza here befor and this was nothing like befor.
Great pizza, deep dish style is similar to Zachary's. The Matt Cain is all meat. The Margerite pizza is very good, neopolitan style.
Its ah-ight for big pizza I prefer Detroit style. For deep dish I usually ask for sauce on the side trust me on this its good. The sausage roll is really good and the Greek Salad is amazing get the small iys basically the same size as the large hella big .
