The fact that my food is already paid for and was said to be ready 8 minutes ago but I’m watching it get cold on the counter because taking two minutes to pass it to me is too much. Nope service the people that came in after me and didn’t place it ahead of time. Sounds logical AF. Thanks panda super time management and multi tasking. Ps not a Karen been in the industry my entire life.

Many a time we noticed that whenever we order any food from here the amount of Entrees they give is very less. Today we ordered string bean chicken when we opened back at home there was hardly any chicken in it and it was more of string beans in sauce.
Had to wait a long time (14 min) for vegetables & eggplant tofu since serving bowls were nearly empty. When the dishes were ready, employee spooned the very small amount of eggplant tofu that was left in the serving bowl into our to go box, then put the freshly made food on top. Ditto with the mixed veggies. These portions were overcooked, and clearly had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes while fresh food was cooked. Putting every last bit of any dish would be ok if it weren't sitting there for so long, this was disappointing. What upset our family most, though, was employees allowing customers into the store without any mask or face covering despite a sign posted in the door that all who enter must be wearing masks. This blatant disregard for health & safety, especially while the omicron variant is taking hold, is unacceptable & puts employees & patrons at risk. The rest of our family left to wait outside while I got our food, but we won't go to this location again. Really bad experience here all around.

They dont give you any meat with mix meat vegg dishes ( my broccoli beef was 95% broccoli) total rip off and they get online orders wrong too
Just waited 20minutes in line, and they placed my plate on its side. Got about two broccoli and one piece of chicken. The absolute worst service in my life.
Normally the food is good this location was so so. Otherwise, location was clean staff friendly.
I've eaten here almost once a week for 3 years now.Quick service, super clean store, soda machine is well maintained. Food is always consistent and the staff don't seem to be disgruntled like half the Panda Express stores in the East Bay.
