This place isn't bad but it is very frustrating at the amount of inconsistency there is when it comes to talking to the people who take your order. About 3/5 times and I am being generous, I will repeat my order multiple times and they STILL get it wrong. Do I need to scream my order out to guarantee good service?On top of that, I ask for Soy sauce and Potsticker sauce EVERY time and I get one or the other, never both. In what world do we live in where I order two entire plates with rice and chow mein with potstickers 100% of the time but they don't have the sense to maybe think to put soy sauce in the bag, AFTER I ALREADY ASKED? What are they hoarding it and selling it online so they can't hand out one packet of soy sauce per order?All in all the food is great but in terms of the quality of communication I would give it a 5/10. Employees need to be trained properly and equipped to understand orders and requests rather than needing to hear some things two or three times just to understand something.
Very busy. Crowded without mask. Their food is not the same as used to be. Especially their chowmien
I normally enjoy this panda. But lately the workers are trying to close early. They run out of almost everything an hour before closing and refuse to cook more.
Pandas was a great place to get food, but lately they raise price and now they serve smaller portions.
I walked in at 8:37pm (closes at 9pm) trying to buy dinner for the family and instead of being greeted by staff the girl on the other side of the counter before even knowing how many plates I needed literally yelled this is all we have and we are not cooking more food. Very rude staff

There was hairs in my plate and sisters never going to eat here ever again and they didn’t want to give me my money back and said they couldn’t do anything about it
It's a pretty typical Panda Express. The restaurant is clean and the food is meh. My kids enjoy eating here but my stomach does not.
I ordered a meal that included no rice. After eating my meal I noticed a significant amount of old, dry rice stuck to the bottom and sides of my box. It looks like my to go box was either re-used or recycled from a prior meal or messed up order. This is pretty disgusting to have food residue from an older meal in my container.
Good price on bad chinese food, and lots of it in your container. Sadly, that is exactly what I wanted.
