Not sure what to say. This was the third time I give these guys a try and for the THIRD TIME they messed up my order.I ordered a Pickle Burger (picture attached" which comes with THE WORKS and I got none of the works. I did have smear of avocado from another sandwich stuck to mine which is not pleasing. EVERY TIME I HAVE OREDERED THEY HAVE MISSED SOMETHING ON MY SANDWICH.I WILL NOT GO BACK AND WILL BUY MY SANDWICH AT A REAL SANDWICH SHOP, JERSEY MIKE'S.SORRY BUT I GAVE YOU 3 CHANCES.
We got a Classic Italian and a CJs Pastrami and each had half. I really can't decide which was better. Definitely a top notch sandwich.
Quick friendly and professional service. Quality sandwich and outdoor seating. The store itself is pretty small and the parking is not to good during lunch hour but this resting is really about the service and the food. Top notch for a deli sandwich to go.
Today, I was sad to see the loss of the “Mr. Pickles” deli personality I used to experience. “Back in the day”, the staff was lively and in tune with the customer. Today staff seemed disinterested in stepping up. In fact, the woman who took my order was very slow, which was bad because the first sandwich was a hot sandwich and was dead meh” by the time we both sat down to eat. I saw this coming and tried to circumvent this from happening by speaking up and asking if anybody else could make mine. She snapped at me and the two guys standing around looked through/past me. One walked away snd the other just kept shuffling around the dressing containers he was doing something to. We were the only customers at the counter at the time. Regretfully, spent about $35 for two sandwiches, chips and drinks after talking up Pickles to my lunch partner who had never heard of it. Great background music as remembered. I hear from many small business owners that finding good people is hard these days. Guess so.
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I tried to walk in at 10:15 when it says it opens at 10:00. The entire staff looked mad that I was in there. They were playing rap music that had all the cus words. I didn’t know if I was at a sandwich joint or a club. The music was so loud I had to have the worker repeat himself multiple times so I can hear him. Instead if your turning the music down he looks at me and says ok go pay. I said I’m sorry I couldn’t hear you. He said go pay for your sandwich!! Then took about 15 min to make a meatball sandwich? Everything is already cooked and ready to go. 15 min? He didn’t ask if I wanted anything in the sandwhich so I guess he knew what’s better for me than I do. Terrible never going there again. $12 meatball sandwich?♂️
Food is fine,the man taking my money was not socially friendly, came in door ,I said hello,he had no reply ,didn't even look at me,so when I got my sandwich, I said thanks a lot, he said nothing back to me,just thought it was not right.This happen today around 10.30 am.
Horrible estimate on when online order would be ready off by more than 20 minutes. Gave me time to observe many other concerns: employee went from sandwich making to sink work back to sandwich making with the same gloves, another two employees repeatedly made fun of customers after they left to pass the time. Too many service issues to recommend this place. The order was also incomplete and I observed others returning with inaccurate orders too.
Ordered online, would have been faster if I had just walked in and ordered. Several people came and went while I waited for mine.
Not sure if I selected the right location but this place was ?.com ! Bae and I stopped at this location on our way to Sacramento on the 99. Highly recommended! The sandwich artist was very nice and gave us two extra cookies ??
The Dutch Crunch bread is fantastic. I really like these sandwiches. However, I have removed 1 star because the sandwiches are not prepared with accuracy. I have been here only twice and picked up 4 sandwiches. Out of these 4, only one was correct! The other 2 were missing ingredients. The worst was the Turkey and Cranberry sauce sandwich that was missing the cranberry sauce! Which is a shame because the sandwiches are actually very good. I also like that they give you a complimentary cookie per sandwich. So if you can watch while they prepare your sandwich and hopefully you can spot any missing ingredients while they are making it.
