3 hours to get a pizza. They were super rude.
Pizza was ok. Customer service was disappointing. Asked multiple times for a drink cup for soda. Not everyone drinks beer. There for an hour and a half, no cup. Finally decided to go to the counter and ask for a cup. I don't see myself returning to this establishment.
Although the pizza was hot and tasty, the prices are insane. I have bought pizza in every state you can name and travel regularly to NYC. The price I just paid for two “large” pizzas is unacceptable. First of all 16” is not large unless you are dominos. For the price I paid it should have been a 32” pizza. $103 for two pizzas, a 2-liter and some mini churros. And the churros were not edible. Cooked till they were solid hard and no dipping sauce to make up for it. Not even a napkin. First time ordering here and I promise it is also the last.
Place was terrible chunks of sauce ( not even hot) all over the pizza , greasy as f beyond edible. Dark and cold inside as well wouldnt go back or recomend this place to anybody.
We ordered for the first time. The Everest was what we ordered. It was great. Had it delivered thru doordash. When we got it, it was still hot n fresh. The amount of toppings was beyond what I've gotten any place else. The flavor was spot on. We will definitely be ordering again.
Bad service! The pizzaiollo had his big hair all the time falling on the pizza, running his hand through his hair. a disgusting one. Late and slow service. The attendant was very rude!
I was disappointed because I asked for olive's pepperoni and tomatoes they left off the tomatoes wish is my favorite
Great pizza and good timing for pickup. They have big signs claiming that they wear gloves to follow CDC guidelines, but none of the employees were wearing gloves.
Went on Saturday for some pizza and beer and was very happy. They're under new management and you could definitely tell. The cashier was super friendly and asked us several times while she was bussing tables if we needed anything, even the manager came out to see if everything was to our satisfaction. Pizza was delicious, the salad bar was stocked and clean, the tables & bathrooms were also clean. They had some rude, lazy staff for a while but it looks like this new manager may be turning things around.
Went to pick up our order and this time had an amazing experience with Mountain Mike’s on Vasco road. The tall gentleman was absolutely awesome. Sorry didn’t know his name. He said he was the driver. But he said it was under new management and I immediately could tell with how kind caring and perfect with their customer service and pizza. I have been coming to this location for many many years now and have never had this great of service and quality of pizza. This time the pizza was beyond outstanding in quality and taste. Thank you Mountain Mike’s and the new management for showing how much you care about your customers and your quality of food you are making. You have a loyal customer in me from now on.
