An ok winery experience, wasn’t really crazy for any of the wines. If you decide to sit outside with your party for wine tasting and if anyone is not drinking you will be charged $5 additional a person (never been to a winery that does that). Nice atmosphere, will give them that.
MUST HAVE RESERVATIONS. For some reason all the vineyards have gone to a reservation system and you can't just hop around anymore.Second, they "don't ship wine in the summer". It's June right now and I was just told that I'd have to wait until November for my wine. WHAT?!?so they lose a star for those two reasons but their wine is quite lovely and they are known for their Cabernet Sauvignon for good reason. Also a beautiful setting so worth the visit.
Awesome place! If you are in the area, this is definitely a go-to place. I'm not sure what is better, the wines or the service.
Well developed Napa-esque vibe with attentive friendly staff, great wine, and beautiful view. Our favorite was actually the sauvignon blanc that was super smooth and had almost a chardonnay buttery texture while maintaining its crispness. We also loved the James Vincent cab that was bold and flavorful. We had a nice view of the bocce ball court and surrounding fields.
Good wine and beautiful views. Unfortunately there was a really rowdy group there but not the wineries fault. Would go back maybe on a weekday instead next time
Courtney and the other staff were very courteous and accommodating. It was chilly so we ended up inside the tasting room which was not crowded. Courtney did a great job introducing the wines.
Absolutely stunning winery ! The shining star of McGrail is employee JAY W! He went above and beyond to help us today. The customer service is unparalleled, enjoy great wine and a beautiful setting!
I was very pleased with the event I held at McGrail Vineyards. Joy and the employees were very helpful and responsive to my inquiries. They made it easy to plan the event and everything went exactly as planned. The venue is lovely and the wines were very good.
McGrail is my favorite winery. All tastings were delicious. Our server, Charles, was very friendly and we struck up conversations with. The venue and views are beautiful.
Great wines, Amazing service and relaxed ambience. Very scenic place with friendly people as they make you feel very special!
