This was the first time we ever ordered from La Botica. We were rely excited to try it. The tacos were really good. The burritos were really disappointing. They were mostly rice with not much of the meat. Unfortunately, we get better burritos from the truck outside of Ruby Hill and they are cheaper. If we eat here again, it will only be for the tacos.

Wow! The food here is really good! Had a sampling of the tacos (3 tacos are good enough). The meats are flavorful, and the toppings just keep adding in more flavor. The wait staff are attentive and polite. Overall a great experience.Ok, so here's the detractor... Went on a Saturday evening, and they had a live band. Nice blues music, but it was just too loud. When you have to scream to have conversation at a meal, you're doing something wrong.

Always, always, always a delight.Superb tacos and a magnificent array of Tequilas.Don't waste your time with whisk(e)y here. Be an adult and drink a Tequila worth savoring. They exist, and if you think Tequila is only for shots, your palate is as sad as your choice of footwear.

The food was plentiful and consistently high quality and tasty. The alcohol flowed like a river. We were there with a wedding party and they handled our significant number of requests with expediency and efficiency.I would absolutely recommend La Botica And do intend to return as soon as possible.Highly recommended

Really good bar which is well stocked in tequila and mezcal. The cocktails were also really good. I enjoyed being able to choose the different fruit juices for the margaritas and pisco sours. As for the homemade tortillas I feel like it could be thinner or the meats could be more saucy. I liked their ghost pepper hot sauce and for $0.50, the portion was definitely worth it. Elite was the perfect texture. The ceviche was fresh but I wished there was a bit more flavor.

Good food. Went on taco Tuesday. Had live music playing on the back patio area. Will be back again.

Tacos were nooot good unfortunately. Really thick soggy corn tortillas. Birria tacos weren’t dipped and fried (but they were overstuffed, yay). Pastor was unrecognizable, dry, mealy. Fish tacos had a thick and soggy crust batter, and an unexpected tomato sauce. One bright spot was the crispy pork belly.Nachos came with about 2 oz of guac and what was certainly velveeta cheese ?Cocktails were great. Dessert waffles were great. Really nice back patio. We might go back only for drinks.Total about $40 pp including one drink.

First time I went it seemed a bit expensive but the tacos were definitely amazing. Second time I went for happy hour and the pricing was more than reasonable and damn good cocktails.

This place is excellent! The best servers and food. Lots of tequilas and mezcals plus the food is delicious! Go for happy hour to try it out.

I had high hope for this place. The food looks really good... but that's about it. We went with another family and shared the nachos to start. They were actually pretty tasty, not authentic by any means, but tasty. My husband and I ordered 3 tacos to share, the fish, Carne asada and chicken. The presentation was great, but absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The fish was so soggy too that we couldn't even eat it. Also, ordered a cocktail that I returned after one sip. It tasted like dish soap. Super bummed.
