Order 3 meal bento box. Chicken katsu was good but tempura did not have any flavor. The teriyaki salmon at first glance looked like chicken and when I tasted it, Found salmon had no flavor either (bland). Customer Service was ok. Basically, my total experience was ok. Would I come back? Nope ??
Good quality food/fresh fish. Large selection of rolls and good appetizers. The staff are very friendly.
We ate sushi there and it was awesome. Great atmosphere, beautiful customer service. Waitress always came by to check and see if we needed anything. Overall service and food was outstanding!.
I ordered to go, I specifically told the waiter to give me the soup he said it will be included but did not get it. They did not give me the soy sauce to go with the sashimi and no utensils either. First and last time for me to go to this restaurant. I like Shusi zone They are close from 3 to 5 pm
I have visited this place only because they were open when my other sushi place was closed. The sushi was good but the SERVICE is bad. The lady is RUDE to her paying costumers getting mad if you ask for hot sauce. I won't be spending my money there.
Took a while but it was pretty good, Service was good also. It's very old fashioned inside but clean and warm atmosphere
Okay sushi, owner was a bit rude apparently they don't check the tables for their tips, she followed us to the car complaining we didn't tip even though we did... will not be coming back sadly also size of rolls are a bit small
Was a little concerned at first since it took like 5 minutes to get anyone's attention when we walked in.But our server was great, food was good, and the restaurant was comfortable with a nice decor.We ordered a bento and some sushi rolls, including one not on the menu which was no problem.
Pretty cool place. Our party of 4 had a booth. The food was excellent: I can see that you would have to visit many times before you got an idea of a favorite dish or set of sushi combinations. Considering this was my first visit to a Japanese restaurant in ~20 years, I was a little overwhelmed with the menu. So, order what someone else in your party is having!My only issue was the time it took to be served - that might be because it was Saturday evening and it was full.Next time I go I'll remember to photograph the food.
My new favorite sushi place in livermore. It was really fresh, fast, and well priced. Very kid friendly too
