I went to buy fries and a bacon cheddar burger, and on the board it says if we want to add fries it would be 2.99, however they charged us 4.99. I didn’t realize this until after I ate all the fries. When I went back to go get a refund they said I couldn’t get one, because the fries were eaten. However I had the receipt to prove it and they told me “you should have payed attention when you were paying” they put the blame on me.
The Original Burger is what I remember burgers being growing up! And the same with the fries! They taste like potatoes! I didn't know I was missing that flavor untill now.

Maybe the restaurant is better, but this food court version was very average and overpriced. Not worth the money at all. We spent $37 for two people.

Only went because nothing else looked good in the court besides subway but didnt want it and thought I can't go wrong with a burger but I was wrong this place is disgusting whatever patty brand they use is horrible the cheese on my burger didnt melt at all my "lemonade" was just minute made with so much ice it was barely half a cup of juice and the onion rings were too hard
The Johnny Rockets is one of the many restaurants in Premium Outlets. We selected this one because price was reasonable.
Good spot to have a snack while shopping. Burgers were tasty as well as chicken tenders. Served in a friendly manner and pretty quickly.
Their burgers didn't look very good, but tasted good.
