Staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Once I walked in I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Sandwich wasn’t even cut in half when I opened it , service here shows they don’t care about the customers or their jobs. It’s unfortunate.
Over at Palm Springs Stadium for the Palm Springs Power, we had the pleasure of having Jimmy John's cater lunches for our over 150 players not once, but twice this last winter. Tasty and freaky fast, the days Jimmy John’s catered were by far the players’ favorites. The next time you are looking to cater to a large group look no further than the sandwich of sandwiches in Jimmy John’s located in La Quinta and Palm Desert.
Went there today, the team is very slow, unlike any Jimmy John's I've ever seen, no acknowledgement that I was there, was there a few days ago and something tasted funny on my sandwich, figured I'd give them another try, but no, never again, not this one.
Fast, great subs! Love the flavor of Jimmy John's subs, with a bag of chips and soda you can't go wrong

Was looking forward to traveling from San Jose to Livermore to try the "limited time black & blue" sandwich...main ingredients...blue cheese crumbles, horseradish aioli, roastbeef all on freshly made bread.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!THE BREAD BOTTOM WAS HARD AS A BRICK!!!WE TOOK A COUPLE BITES AND DIDN'T SEE ANY BLUE CHEESE CRUMBLES SO WE ASKED ABOUT THEM...THEY TOLD US THEY WERE OUT OF THEM!!!PRETTY MUCH WHAT MAKES IT A "BLACK & BLUE" AND YOU DON'T EVEN BOTHER TELLING US THIS WHILE WE'RE ORDERING!!!??? IF WE HAVE KNOWN WE HAVE ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE!!!WE WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!THE WORST SANDWICH WE'VE EVER HAD!!!

I actually had to ask if someone would be willing to take my order then it was sloooooow.
Fast an probably Last service.. Sandwich came out quick.. probably because it was slapped together. Dry, no cheese, no sauce few slices of tomato.. Guess this is why it was fast.. an SURELY this is the reason it was my first an LAST..
