angel H makes the BEST smoothies. every time i go there and he’s there i get excited because he makes them thick with the right texture and consistency. everyone else makes them a lot more watery than i like. his are the best. def deserves a raise!
Went in right before closing, and asked for a Pomagranate Paradise with soy boost. I received a "Wine smoothie." Fruit had obviously gone bad, as you can see in the bubbly leftovers in pic. Worst Jamba I've ever had!Update: the manager reached out to offer to make it right. My second Pom Paradise was much better! Thanks Jamba for caring about your customers.
Love Jamba Juice. Pretty loud (for obvious reasons), but not busy. Only had around four people inside. Food and presentation is perfect. The to go containers are reliable and easy to use. Indoor seating is closed due to covid, but there are tables outside. If you really need to sit, you can also go down to one of the many establishments nearby. There’s a picnic table just around the corner behind togos that overlooks the street. Pretty loud, but isolated from most customers. There are also Bike racks nearby.
Rachel the manager and her co workers was so great . My order was at the wrong store and still made it for me . Right before they close . Thank you so much for excellent service . The general manager should acknowledge there excellent customer service !
This is my favorite Jamba Juice location. I have been here countless times and have never had an issue. Everything always tastes how it is supposed to and made just how I ask them to make it. I mobile order here frequently and it is always ready when promised and I always get great customer service.
Employees need more training

Heather was amazing. I don’t come here often and gave her a vague idea of what I was looking for. She gave me a few options and made it really fast and easy for me to get the perfect drink. I’m very happy
Customer service was good. But they only had pretty much sweet smoothies. Not as healthy as I would have liked but I don't blame this local chain.
Went in during rush hour and Hayden handled his composure very well! Excellent job on the peanut butter moo'd :)
