Fast service this should be the model store to training other stores and show them the true meaning of customer service.
They served me cold tacos. Then acted like I was lying. Literally when they’re drive thru and right back in.
They are fast through their drive thru. I have had dissatisfaction with the taste of their fountain drinks.

Ordered on Jack’s App. Got to the restaurant and they were closed. Still trying to get my refund. Google says they’re open 24hrs. But says they close at 12:00 midnight????
A female employee took my order on Drive-thru, I asked for my fries well done...I got BURNED fries!! I ordered a Spicy chicken meal, the chicken was dry and Super hard!!VERY LOW QUALITY FOOD AND THERE IS A LOT OF ROOM FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS LOCATION!! NOT A GOOD VISIT!!
