I seem to always have a problem with this Jack in the Box. The other morning was no different when I tried to get something in the Drive-Thru because their Lobby was closed and a guy who had obviously been in a fight had blood all over his face was yelling at people at the drive-in window. I realize that's no fault of the business itself but still makes you not want to use them
We went to get food for the family. When we went to pay with my moms card, it got declined. We politely asked them to try again. They tried but it declined once more. We then tried another card and same thing happened. I tell the you guy that maybe his machine went offline. I work in retail and know it happens sometimes. One of the other employees then said it wasn’t their fault that we didn’t have any money in our cards. We ended up paying with cash even though we know for a fact both cards have money. This heavy set guy with curly hair has been rude before but today he really crossed the line. Especially when he went to our car to give us our food. My mom again tells him there must have been a problem with the reader. He then laughed and said that it was ok because of economics. I really think this guy needs to be retrained and needs better customer service.P.S. My mom was so upset that they treated us like that and wanted to go try her card some where else. We went to Safeway right after and the card worked fine.
I like that I can get a great but cheap cheese burger here vs other fast food joints. Very polite staff at the drive-thru.
This place has several problems. There's only 2 people working at night?!? No wonder people get upset waiting half an hour in the drive thru. Literally no staff, extremely long wait times and the employees take forever to get your food. They don't care and will make you wait for a good hour in the drive. This place needs new management.
Food was fresh, very important to have freshly made food. Hot fries, not cold fries.
Every time I go there it’s always something there not taking order but there 24 hrs .or there closed because their computers are always down get it tighter
They have a great chicken teriyaki bowl of amazing and a great egg roll. The menu is so interesting!
Gotta love some chicken sammies n tacos when after a night out
Las time I visited this jack, the food was not edible. The junior bacon cheese burger Bun was hard. The fries were hard, they were most likely re-fried. I am very disappointed.
