Amazing food, fast line, kind workers with great service!
We love this place. Never had a bad meal. However, this day we only wanted a shake. I ordered a chocolate shake and was very disappointed. It looked like a vanilla shake with a hint of chocolate mixed in. Live and learn. Still gave 5 stars because the burgers and fries are always consistently delicious.
Have too say. It's better then McDonald's and for a cheeper price. Love the fresh ? love them. Whole grilled onions ? yummyGreat place to get a fresh burger and fresh food.Love in-N-out. Always will.Don't forget the milk shake.
I can't bear to eat these baby fries, the merchants are too cruel.

I love this place but this time it was not a pleasant experience. I went inside and ordered my food There were two customers in front of me and they made me wait 20 minutes for my order. I wasn't busy at all so I have no idea what happened
A few months ago I wrote a review of a restaurant in Seattle that we visited. We had waited to get in for almost an hour, and I commented on how I'd learned that with some places it was well worth the wait. Another dining establishment in that category is In-n-out, home of likely the best burgers you'll ever have. The drive-up line was relatively short at 10 cars or so, but they have a cheery person working the line with her ordering tablet. For the unfamiliar, there are very few menu options, but you can ask them to add their secret 'animal' sauce (highly recommended) to either the burger or fries. If you do enter the building instead of via the car queue, check out the guy who feeds the potatoes into the dicing machine. It looks like he gets quite the workout!
I stopped at this restaurant last night on the way home to the central valley. I made the extra effort to walk in and place my order which was very simple, one regular frie and a hamburger spread and onion only (Well-Done). As I stood there waiting I watched the staff in the kitchen hustle to get all of the drive-thru orders out. But I also noticed alot of horseplay and flirting going on as well. Many minutes later which felt like an eternity I started to realize that I was experiencing the same thing that happens at almost every In n' Out restaurant that I visit. These kids ignore the customers that take the time to park, walk in and place their order while they play around and focus only on the drive-thru customers. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get my order and I just wanted to get back on the road. And to make matters worse as I finally got back on the road my burger was raw and pink and my fries were ice cold. I am done with In n' Out and their incompetent, overpaid staff of snot nose kids. What a doomed generation. This franchise needs to retrain their people and remember that if a walk in customer has to wait so long to get their order it should be made correctly as requested. Don't waste your money or time with this location!
Great food with fast turn around. The drive thru is always jam packed, and actually clogs up the parking lot sometimes.
Buying inside is much faster than the long line of the drive thru.
