Great bread, great jus (the dipping sauce), and tender flavorful beef are just the beginning here. The potato salad is honestly the best I've had. Wonderful selection of beer and charismatic staff make for a truly great lunch spot.
OMG. I'm so glad we stopped there. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the Latino gentleman out on the floor.was just awesome, we really enjoyed interacting with him. If you go, don't leave without some bread pudding!
So disappointed in the corned beef sandwich, that I was looking forward to.The flavor was tasteless.Is this place under new ownership? The place was empty, except for one guy, who was playing his playlist on his phone, very loud.Won't be returning.
Great lunch for seven of us celebrating two birthdays. Most hospitable host, great service and very good food. Will be back most definitely!!
Just ordered the marios prime rib, tri tip etc. and a pastrami dip. Yuck! It’s processed meat. I tried to complain through the food delivery service and that was a black hole endeavor.
Came in with my coworkers and half the group had the prime rib sandwiches with au jaus and your choice of sides. And my coworker and I had the Oscar sandwich which consist like 4 different kinds if meat ( food coma) and fries. With au jausEveryone enjoyed their order. The only problem was trying to stay awake for the rest of our shifts.lol.
This is a wonderful locally-owned French dip sandwich hamburger salad and other treats place. Juan the owner is a Livermore Institution. Very happy for his success in this new venture
Loved the Fajitas Dip with garlic fries. The Au ju is great. Hit the spot!! Tried the homemade bread pudding... and not being a big fan of it and the consistency... well it was amazing. It reminded me a little like French Toast. We will be back to try more. Thanks and Happy New Year
I was a bit tired of “traditional” fare today so tried the Chili Verde special. OMG! Add it to the regular menu so I can order it everyday!
French dip was bland and the broth tasted like water. It was pricey too.
