These places can be a hit or miss,while the food is good and fresh they miss on the condiments , forgetting salad dressing , or giving you the wrong ones ,such as you ask for dressing and they give you some sour cream..
Went to grab some early food at business online and on door states it opens at 10am. After waiting a bit an employee came out and told us they're not open til 11 on Sundays. :(
First of all food was terrible, they put to much salt and the employees had a bad attitude and I waited 10 minutes just for the employees to tell me that they only do drive thru. Like if your only going to do drive thru at least not let the people go inside.
Love this place! Good fresh food. I've tried most items on the menu and they are all pretty good. As far as fast food chains goes this might be the closest to being authentic to the food is serving fast. Just had the barilla tacos today and was very impressed. Good flavor, crispy shells and was really good dipped in the sauce. Wish they made carnitas, but everything they do serve is always much better than expected. Guess I've been going to Taco Bell for too long ?. Whole different league.
Very unprofessional, I had ordered a burrito that I didn't even touch, I tried to remake the burrito. EVELINE the manager told me that there was nothing to be done and that if I wanted to remake it I would be charged again. This manager EVELINE was very disrespectful even though all I wanted to do was remake the burrito or do a refund I've done this in past fast food places what happened 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. I was dissatisfied with the service and hope to speak to someone since EVELINE was not very cooperative.
I've always enjoyed pollo loco, but their chicken was terribly dry and over cooked, but no complaints about the service
Ordered two piece, was a back of chicken or something, was awful!
The food is good at a good price, but the dining room is always dirty. It's always a challenge to find a clean table.UPDATE 11-16-21: The Dining room is no longer open for business. And according to one employee, there is no plan to re-open. With a kitchen full of employees the management and ownership can't or won't open their doors and allow our community to sit in their restaurant - yet many comparable local restaurants have the less employees and have opened their restaurants to our community. Folks, please support your restaurants that allow you to go inside. This nonsense of having a drive-thru only after so many years and months of what our community has gone through is just plain ridiculous. I'm taking my business elsewhere!
I always get the Chicken Tastada Salad w/Cilantro dressing & Avocado Salsa so so so damn good!!!??
Why is the lobby closed for takeout ordering? What difference does it make to order from your car or in person?
