While shopping at San Francisco Premium Outlets at Livermore we enjoyed different dishes at Chipotle Mexican Grill. We tried both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food with soft drinks. We ate Burrito, Burrito Bowl, Tacos and Salad to satiate our taste buds.
The food was good, ordered a burrito bowl and it tasted like regular chipotle, but the staff were slow moving and not too friendly. Also there was barely any chicken. Got sick and felt bad all say and I suspect it’s from the spicy salsa.
tl;dr- poor portion sizes (even on rice and beans), poor COVID policies, poor stock on any basic items (forks, napkins, sodas) generally overall poor service.Probably the saddest portion sizes I’ve ever seen from a chipotle… ordered a burrito bowl and got a bowl about half the size of any other bowl I’ve gotten at other chipotles.They had no soda available and no drinks to purchase. And also had no forks or napkins and the napkins handed out were cut in half ?? The guy at the beginning of the line barely had his mask over his mouth much less his nose, he was basically wearing it as a chinstrap. I was even shocked that i got barely a half scoop of rice in the bowl, as one of the cheapest ingredients you would think you would give more than less?It was a pretty poor experience here and I’m definitely remembering to never come back.
Extremely small portion sizes compared to normal Chipotle, probably because of lunch rush.

Eat here is u want to throw away ur money, they are essentially giving u 4 pieces of chicken for the price of a meal at this location. U must be kidding me, if this is the new standard for Chipotle I'm not coming here again.
Ordered a veggie bowl and it was all lettuce and spinach. So dissatisfied!!! Barely could find rice in it. They are so stingy in adding rice and all other stuff.
Super crowded and some people were not wearing masks indoor (while standing in the line to order; they were not eating or drinking anything). On complaining to the management, they say that there is no mask mandate and people are free to do what they want.
Super stingy on the meat when I went. Just saying. Otherwise, the place looked clean and the employees were upbeat.
For quick lunch is good and excellent ingredients.
