Wish I could give zero star. We had second time worst experience. For the online order, we paid extra for extra chicken and it was even less than the regular portion. The overall burrito bowl looked like half eaten with scraped burnt bitter left over chicken.I went to the one on Bernal in Pleasanton a few weeks back and my burrito bowl was so much more even with regular chicken ordered.Save your money and get from another location

25+ minute delay on an online order. Horrible customer service. Online orders just get placed on the back table behind the counter where you can't see the name nor pick it up. Pointless to order online.Just go to Cinco Taco across the block.

Stop by after work to buy food. The inside of the store was extremely dirty and disorganized. I still went ahead and order and they poorly served. The kitchen was rally dirty. Will not be going back do not recommend.

Within the last year the business has been closing early either by not cooking new batches of food or placing signs up on the entrance. They typically place hand written signs on the door saying “online orders” or “cash only” over an hour prior to closing. Tonight was no different, and at 7:30 PM (close at 10 PM) there was another hand written “cash only” sign posted. Not sure if management is aware or if they will be correcting this issue.

Have given this location multiple chances however they continue to disappoint. Typically a fan of Chipotle but for whatever reason this location continues to fall short and should be avoided- poor food quality and poor accuracy or order.

Ordered online the new plant based protein and sofritas. The bag had the correct information on it but ended up with chicken and pork. We took it back and got close to what we wanted (no veggies that were ordered) and there was a piece of steak in the sofritas.

Collin! I hope I spelled his name right but he was working basically solo dolo on sunday night and he did a great job ! Excellent burrito wrapping skills and awesome customer service. He went above and beyond his duties and I’m grateful. This chipotle really isn’t as bad as some of these reviews.

I don't like ordering through the app because if they are out of something at the store you've paid for it on the app but they can't reimburse you from the store they tell you to contact customer service but you will never ever get through. I gave up after a long run around with an automated system and never got a real person or an offer for someone to call me back. The food is fine at this location the people are great! Their app and lack of response on that end of things is seriously lagging. Do I feel like an appreciated customer? No.

The Livermore Chipotle is near my workplace but I usually go to Dublin due to issues with quality of food and uncleanliness at this location. Today I decided to give it chance. I see things haven’t changed, meat is dry and guacamole was brown so I decided to pass on it. The owner should make surprise visits from time to time or the business will suffer.

This place has gone way down hill and no one working here seems to care. Chipotle as a brand and place to eat has completely tanked. I rather eat poo. Taste better
