Ordered Baby-Back ribs hoping they would be tender and juicy. In fact they were rock hard and dry. Person ordering them was only able to eat half before she gave up. Very disappointed. This facility is not what it used to be.
delicious food. good service.
The perfect place to celebrate Fathers Day. Class A service! I’ll be back and again to try out multi items on their menu.
A lot of good food. The potato skins were great. Had the Prime Rib French Dip. Meat was tender. We couldn't finish our meals, took half of it home. Good service to boot!We did wait 35 minutes for a table for 2. There were no reservations available.
Had Hubby's Birthday dinner party of 18 there on the Saturday before Mother's Day. After several trips to the reception desk and asking other waiters, we still ended up waiting an hour before a waiter showed up to explain. He apologized profusely, saying he was in the middle of serving another party of 20 singlehandedly. He then started getting other waiters to bring us water and bread. Once he finished with the other group, it went a lot smoother. The other problem was that we were told that since the kitchen was backed up and overwhelmed, our choices for our meat was rare or well done, that anything in-between would be a lot longer to get out. Portions were good sized and everyone's order was correct.
Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! Even on Mother’s Day when I know they were slammed!
I've been in California 2 weeks and have ate out every night. This has by far been the best restaurant I've ate at so far. I got the rustler steak. I poured some A1, and some of their other sauce on a side plate to dip, and I never even used it. I didn't want to cover that flavor. It was perfect and melted in my mouth. I'll definitely be stopping here for a meal anytime I'm in the area.
Tasty BBQ, ice cold beer, friendly staff, and quick service. Large food quantities for the prices. Huge bar area to eat and watch sports.
İt's a nice restaurant to experience cowboy style steaks and prime ribs in the Bay Area. Nothing like Texas or Oklahoma, etc. but still a good sized steak that you'd have a hard time finishing.Steak and prime rib are cooked very well, as ordered, but could be a tad better quality meat. Sides are average. Good selection of wine and cocktails, not much for beers.Parking area is small and can be a challenge on busy nights. Reservations are recommended.
Food is always good, but one of the waitresses at the bar killed the whole dining experience for the night...... You don't tell you customer "You are not allow to sit here" all of the sudden when we were sitting there for more than 10 minutes, and with a b***hing attitude with no explanation of why we are not allowed to sit there. I hope your manager sees this post and show it to you!
