This place is horrible. Never been to a place where they serve a group of people at a table separately in to go boxes. What bayou place doesn't have crystal hot sauce or hurricanes. Never had red beans serve with sticky rice they don't go together. Why would you serve the beans and rice separately they are suppose to be together. I will never go back and if I want red beans and rice I will go to Popeys. The other food we order was just as bad
Glad to be back to this place! It used to be my favorite when I policed in Fremont. The food is still good. Service is ok. Kinda easy tip based earning for the servers compare to what they have to do for us, but I tipped 20% anyway.Again, glad to be back!
This Actually is my daughter's favorite place and She goes here 1-2 times a week!!??♂️??♂️ She loves the Shrimp and Mussel's. My Favorite is Actually the Fried Okra! ? I'm not a fan of getting all messy! But when I do I usually get the Delicious Dungeness Crab ? and Garlic Butter Shrimp ? I been to alot of places Serving this style of Seafood and this place is the most Consistent with their products and flavor of their food!????????

Just had a great lunch here. Had the fried calamari basket and a basket of sweet potato fries. Large basket of deep fried calamari rings and tubes with a tasty & crunchy beer batter. They were the good kind of chewy & having them in a beer batter was unique. I asked for my sweet potato fries to be crunchy and they were perfect! They had a crispness & firmness on the outside while staying tender on the inside. Tables are nice and big and wide booths. Server was friendly and attentive. I'll be back another time when they have oysters back in stock!
The food here was delicious. Probably the best southern seafood in the Bay AreaI ate here again and was still blown out the water. The service is remarkable. The staff is super friendly. And the food is excellent. The whole setup. Is wonderful. Great for a date or dinner with the family.DONT MISS OUT !!!!!

Use to be our favorite place. Yesterday, was my mom's birthday. I ordered 2 crabs fully cleaned with mild backyard bayou sauce. As I got to pick up my order I asked for extra backyard bayou sauce mild. The chick asked me again hot or extra hot, like no! I said mild because the crab is in mild sauce right? She Says yes, then brings me the sauce. I come home with my mom's birthday dinner. We normally trust the restaurant to have the sauces right as we expect. The sauce was hot like fire. My family cannot eat that spicy. One person was rushed to the hospital. Food was wasted!!!! I need my money back! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I called to let them know and the guy who answered was laughing. They need to get better people to work for them. I understand that it is hard to find good workers. Train these two knuckle heads and I am seeking action for the hospital!!!
Went here for my partners birthdayWe had a great time. The food was great and the drinks were good too. Want to thank our server Kent for being friendly and providing amazing service. He answered all our questions and brought everything in a timely manner.
