I cant believe how salty my order was, to the point of becoming non-edible. Made me think twice about my meal choices, this cr*p was so salty I got concerned about my health. WHY ARE PEOPLE ACCOSTUMED TO THE LEVEL OF SODIUM IN FOOD? this meal was INSANELY salty it should be Banned. I'm not buying here again. Disgusting.

I work long hours and never really leave from work. Had an opportunity to go out and orderd ahead for traditional wings. Lemon pepper and Butter garlic. The employees where welcoming place was clean. I took some photos for reference. The Lemon pepper gets you at first bite. With the tender center and crispy outer layer. The pepper and Lemon are very strong let you know it's there with out kicking your throat and nose. Very juicy.The garlic seems organic in flavor, not robust; it is mild in flavor just enough to let you know it's there. I will be going here again.

I don’t think there is such thing as good staff at a wing stop. We ordered through the app, but while we waited we decided to go next door to rocket fizz. We looked around for a bit and this poor lady had a seizure right in front of us. A few customers, myself and my wife tried to help her until the ambulance got there. The lady that was with her didn’t know how to get to the hospital so we had her follow us.After that was settled and we made sure they were alright from there, we came to pick up our food (about 30 min. Later than expected which wasn’t a big deal) and the lady in the back complained because I didn’t have a mask on. I haven’t been wearing a mask anywhere today and haven’t been told anything by anyone until now. The mask mandate has been lifted and I am still being discriminated for the stupid mask rules (or lack thereof). No one else was even in there. The cashier was nice, but the lady making the wings should be fired. Won’t go back simply for that reason. Customer service should be top priority, I just wanted to get my food and go home, my night was eventful enough…If you don’t want to continue to be heckled for nonexistent mask mandates, then I highly suggest you don’t go here.

They follow directions but they have a hard time answering the phone for phone orders. No body wants to wait there for 30+ minutes because they refuse to answer the phone. And when you ask them why they don’t answer they say “it never rang” but then I call in front of them & it does…horrible

I've been calling for the last hour trying to figure out why there's Cajun on my corn after I removed it within the app and also called in to make sure to notate the receipt. They are not answering my calls, even when their busy they answer and just ask you to hold. I checked it when they handed me the bag and saw there was Cajun!!! Why? I hand it to them and in a few they hand me back the container, I should of checked it again but I really didn't think they would be that horrible to hand me back the same corn. Once I got home I found what he did. It's just horrible ? I don't understand why!!!!

Horrible experience , and not the first time either. I specifically called in to make sure they didn't put Cajun seasoning on my fried corn , while I'm ordering online I can't leave notes but I do make sure that I unselect it and instead choose lemon pepper and parmesan seasoning. Every single time I order which is often I always call in to make sure. This time the representative that I got on the phone made it seem like I didn't have to be calling to make sure, that it was already deselected on the actual receipt but because I've had this experience multiple times I make sure that I always call and ask them to write it physically on the receipt so they dont miss it by accident. Upon my arrival I checked the corn and there was Cajun seasoning. I then let them know and they took it back. A few moments later they had me back another one. Once I got home , I realized there was still Cajun on the corn. He literally just handed me back the same order. I don't understand what it would take to get this done right because it happens so often and always even though I call in and request that it have no Cajun I really don't understand.

Needs improvement, and staff corrections. Simple instructions are being missed and it doesn't matter that I call to remind them every time. It's almost as if it's being done intentionally, I don't understand why else?

As soon as you walk in your greeted with a smile abs a welcome. Porsche and l her staff were great with it timeliness and food was great!

Orders made fresh, great atmosphere and everyone there is pretty nice, especially Porsche. I give her plenty of props for customer service, making sure I had all that I needed

Love Porsche the Manager there. She is very sweet.
