This location wasn't bad at all a year ago, but lately the chicken is dry and always over cooked. This location isn't good, I'll stop at any other wingstop then this one
My husband and I have placed several orders over the phone with this location (Valley Central Way) and have had multiple issues with our orders.However, this past time was most upsetting.When I got home I noticed my whole order of boneless wings was missing from the bag. (Yes, I guess I should have checked before leaving!) Nevertheless, I called and was told “I remember putting me in your bag”. This was very upsetting for me because I would not waste my time to call and lie about missing food.Like I said this wasn’t the first mistake this location made.If you read this and still decide you want wing stop to go please check your bag before you leave so they don’t call you a liar.
Skip this place !Make your own wings will come out better.Half the order was right went back to to get a refund.On the way out there was a floor runner Capet in front of the door where the lip was coming up and tripped over it.Save yourself the trip, told them about the carpet and they didn’t seem to care but stand around and talk.
I hardly have wingstop but each time i do i order from here and its always great. i waited only about 20mins. The 420 Blazed and Glazed wings were a let down for me tho :( They taste too tangy and taste like it has bad bud in it xD None the less, it was fun to try!

Night crew was awesome and nice. Meal was ready and they did extra for me.
Boss ordered a bunch of food and I was the one to come pick it up and I have never had wingstop prior to today. Had their garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper chicken. Cajun corn and French fries. All was very good. Heck I'm back a second time and now trying out their loaded fries. They have different ones but the cashier Jay was very very helpful and I was able to figure out what I ended up wanting. Will be back again!
Very inconsistent. Sometimes it's great others it is just an oily mess. Service has improved tremendously at this location. Last few times food has been exactly on time for online orders
