Ordered the lemon pepper boneless they poured all the butter sauce on top just had them soaking in it plus they was cooked hard. when asked why did they pour all that butter on top he said and I quote "There's nothing we can do because we turned the fryers off so I asked for a refund. Then the manager Gabriel did refund and then told me I won't receive my refund for 5-7 days I asked it take 5-7 days and I used debit then I asked what was the other guys name and he said I won't tell you that. And I said as a manager you can't tell me your employee name and he said his manager said he can't do that. I will never spend my money at the east side wing stop again.
Worst customer service On top of them taking 50 min after we were told it would be 25 min for our order to to be ready It was very upsetting since I had already asked after 30 min if my order was ready and I was told No it wasn't we continued to wait and after 50 min of waiting we asked again the staff then turned to a shelf that had about 9 orders and gave us our order it was cold the fries we soggy and the bag was even wet and easily ripped from the time it had sat on the shelf I was told that our meal had just been placed there but from where I was sitting I could see when the bags were being placed and no one had called my name for staff not to acknowledge the fact that a customer is right is very upsetting no one greets you the line was long and the wait is worse I could see and feel a very negative environment we won't be going back
This wingstop is amazing with their customer service. & all of the workers there are so helpful & always so welcoming! The food is always fresh & hot & I appreciate their hard work! Can’t say enough good things. Will definitely be back!

Just placed an order and it never got here, called and the girl was very nice but still couldn’t do anything to send me a second order, I was very disappointed…..even the manager couldn’t help me
I am so over this OVERPRICED place. I stressed that I wanted fries well done and they were soggy. The rolls were dry and the thighs, well you can judge for yourself by viewing the photo. They were really just a large chicken wing. Spent over $50 for a disappointing meal.
Wings were great but service was a little slow.
They forgot my fries with my order order and when I called old I was put on hold twice I went up there to let them know the attendant swore he put them in had he put them in I wouldn't have wasted my tiny and gas I was really upset because was being ignored I had ate most of my food before I got my fries smh wings stop always mess my to go orders up
