Just left the drive thru and saw that I was missing my grilled chicken combo. So I knocked on the , called no answer , so I had to walk up to the drive thru window. Before I can say anything the lady at the window already knew what I was there for. Then I was told to wait at the door with so much disrespect. Then when she came to door she shoves the bag in my hand. I check the the order and im missing my fries. Then I get more disrespect as if I messed up the order.No respect, take no pride in having a job or understand that you chose to be there where you are required to give the best customer service as possible. Especially if its you making the mistake.
Great options, danm bacon, and breakfast needs to open sooner lol Wiating for so long for the place to be open and order breakfast it, doesn't last long enough. I highly recommend they open several hours sooner and give McDonalds a run for their money cause I know anyone I would take would choose them any day lol.
Went at night around 10. Drive thru didn’t move for 10 minutes. I called they said they only had 3 people working. Well pack up, close, and go home. Or maybe call a manager to come help?
Burgers definitely do not look not even close to watch you see on TV commercials and flyers. The last Burger I got here look like it came from AM/PM and was half the size I expected. None of these sandwich items from chicken to hamburgers taste fresh. They appear as if they've been precooked.French fries are mediocre as are the sandwiches.Frosty's are always good and we're once inexpensive but nothing near the quality of Dairy Queen or Foster's Freeze.Prices for frosties have gone up in price considerably and are not worth $3.29 for a large, not when there's no dairy and their ice milk Nestle's quick frosties. By the way Nestle's continues to do business with Russia when almost every other business discontinued. As the mayor of Kyiv said just today, March 18th 2022. As he was surveying bombed out residential housing and a kindergarten, "if you continue to do business with Russia and this blood is on your hands"!Wendy's is a good example of a fast food franchise that used to have some of the best food overall. From Chile to bake potatoes chicken sandwiches and hamburgers. How far the Wendy's franchise has fallen so tremendously in the last 20 years.Wendy's used to be one of the finest fast food restaurants. Now Wendy's is at the bottom of the Heap right around Burger King.Do yourself a favor and go to The Habit or In-N-Out. Actually go anywhere but here green the other Wendy's. Very disappointing meal.
Service was good would have gave 5 stars but they mixed my 4pc nuggets reg and hot and spicy and I can't eat spicy anything but they did fix the problem.

First time coming here...maybe there were new people? I ordered 1 large strawberry lemonade and 2 sugar cookies. Dude reads it back 2 large lemonades. I told him again, he read it back correctly so I drove up to the window. Now the girl tells me there are no sugar cookies and hands me a reg lemonade. They need some help for sure they're struggling.
This place is a gem, and has a great breakfast! Open early and right next to the gas station!
Really nice people at the drive through, we need more people like this, makes your time spent waiting not so bad.
