Like it here a lot great $5 deals and love the spicy nuggets. My husband loves all their burgers. Even when the drive-thru line looks long they are pretty quick.
Always awesome! Great late night drive thru. Sometimes the line is long late at night but it moves fast and they always get my order right. Well worth the wait in line!
There was a short line, I had only 3 cars ahead of me, I kid you not… I ordered around 6:03pm and left at 6:28!I clock in at 6:30 but went in late today because the people here take forever with your order!On top of that, they won’t even remake your food if it’s cold or melted…If I’m paying for a service I expect to experience DECENT customer service at the very least.My frosty was melted half way down and the fries were cold.I asked for ONE barbecue for my chicken nuggets and the lady told me they didn’t have any while I was placing my order:Here’s my thing,I have worked fast food before, there is always sauce in the back, while they were taking their time with the orders in front of me, why couldn’t they go refill the sauce buckets ?I was so upset and I don’t think I’ll go to this Wendy’s ever again .
I went to Wendy’s yesterday I ordered a 10 piece spicy nuggets and a drink. They only gave me 5 nuggets. They weren’t busy at all, it was me and one other car in the drive thru. I could understand if they were busy and things were hectic and they forgot but it wasn’t. The times that I do go to Wendy’s my order is rarely right. I get the same thing whenever I go, which is their spicy nuggets. It’s just annoying I pay for something and don’t get what I paid for...
My mom literally just ordered from here and theh told her that they "didn't see her order" didn't try to help her or anything. This is literally the worst service we've ever experienced with Wendy's.
Yummy food, drinks and shakes. Not so nice service. ? Had to drive back a couple miles because they got my picky sons cheeseburger wrong I asked for a plain and I received everything on it. When I called and spoke to the manager she said it was fine to just come back and they would exchange it well when I returned it the lady at the window was annoyed about doing the exchange. They did the exchange of course I brought the burger back along w the receipt but it came w a whole lot of attitude. Lesson learned I'm just gonna stick to in n out across the street where I know they always get my order right and I'm guaranteed optimum customer service.
Perfect place for anytime of the day.. food is really good.The baked potato is a very good choice. The $5 buck deal is back. Can not go wrong with that deal.
I stopped by on my break before their lobby was opened. I’m a truck driver so I couldn’t use the drive thru. They let me place my order. Got a little extra. Their service is second to none.
What I like about this Wendy's is that it's really clean. At least when I visit. They do get your order fast and the food is fresh so you don't have to worry about French fries hard enough to turn a screw, or hamburger meat solid enough to play frisbee with. Although there is one thing that can be improved on. Customer service is a must to keep customers coming back. When a customer approaches the counter, they should be greeted pleasantly and not as if you are in your highschool cafeteria. I know that basic communication skills are not at the top of the list in the California fast food industry. However, Etiquacy should always be at the forefront of any and every business. There's an old saying; "you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar. Other than that it's a nice place to visit.
