Very unprofessional! Black people they'll help everyone else before you. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes everyone just walked around me and looked at me. No one said 1 minute please or anything. No one took my order. Finally I just left. EXTREMELY RUDE! I used to spend like 50 to $60 with them when they had their truck. But I will NOT spend my money with them anymore because of this service. They acted like I was invisible. I also have to delivery Door Dash and UberEATS with them and they've been Rude when I pick up as well. I Don't think they like Black people.!? Don't care about your response that day was the 3rd time staff has been Rude since being in the shopping center. Like I said I have to deal with you doing deliveries and have had Rude experiences. I have family members that say the same thing and I'm urging them to review you. It's a shame because we like your food but refuse to spend money there ever again.
This place is so good. The pupusas are amazing. They don't get hard as they begin to cool down. The Curtido and salsa has a hint of Chile, it's delicious.
The food was delicious. Definitely a must try if you are in the area.
I called the number online which went to voicemail and routed me to call another number. Called placed a large order was told pick up 40 minutes. Arrived 35 minutes later for them to say no order on file. I showed them the number I was routed said they didn’t know that number , I was confused but tried calling that number while inside the restaurant. It rang inside their restaurant, the girl just gave a blank look and they said we can wait another 30 minutes! Really!!! Left, waste of time and gas! Extremely disappointed!! Beware when placing an order that they actually take it down!
The girl that takes orders, messed up the order and then gives attitude!!! Talk about good customer service the kid they had on the lunch truck had better manners!
Hand made pupusas are delicious. The Restaurant is a little understaffed but they do their best to get everything to you quickly.
I been a customer since the food truck it is really good food. Service is really good the family that owns it all is really nice. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it’s worth the food.
Their food is realy good compared to other El Salvadorian restaurants in lancaster. If you like El Salvadorian food give them a try.
I’ve been a customer since they had the lunch truck in that parking lot, the family is really nice.When it comes to the Pupusas? They’re authentic Salvadoran Pupusas. I love them. They taste really good. The price is also great! You have to try their drinks, Salvadoran Horchata is dark brown, Cebada is the Pink one (My Favorite) and the ice tea color one is Tamarindo (Tamarind) flavor all good! Also if you rather use Zelle they also accept it. I highly recommend them.
