So, I haven't been back to this place in years and I'm wanted to come back because my boyfriend has never been there and I was craving the popcorn they serve here. I'm so happy that this place did not disappoint, I love the new renovations and as an adult loved the bar. I had a mango margarita and he had a long Island, drinks were freaking great. And the food was great, very well portioned and the atmosphere was relaxing and staff was amazing. I'm looking forward to coming back ?
Texas cattle company is basically your very average option when it comes to everything but steak and a mug of beer. The steak is consistently better than a place like sizzler and it’s generally cheaper than a high-end place like outback. Black Angus does sometimes push better for quality but you pay in price. Hear you lose a little bit in service with it being a very rushed ordering experience to win your dropped in your seat and the entrées and sides are nothing spectacular but it is relatively consistent. The problem is that some of the meats are highly salted and feel muted in flavor because of that. It’s still a decent location with a lot of options but there’s nothing to really make it feel special. You’re going to get a solid meal for a relatively reasonable price. It used to be so much better and had a lot more personality but now it’s just fair.
First time back since their grand re-opening. The food was delicious and service was great. Mariah was so sweet and attentive, explaining the new ordering process. You order first, then sit at your table. Prices are reasonable and the French fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Loved the music they had playing and the environment is very casual and cozy. Definitely going to be one of my go to spots. Dad won't stop talking about how good the burger was.
I needed a good steak after a long weekend, and man did they deliver. And quick too!! I didn't even finish my salad, between BS'ing with the manager and a phone call, and then BAM! Surrounded by my steak and brisket! Everything was delicious, which was extra surprising considering the speed. If you don't have a lot of time, but want some quality food then this is the place for you. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I visited Texas Cattle Co. and Aryka was a great server. She was very attentive and super friendly. We will be coming back here due to the great service. The food was great but please bring back the prime Rib tacos!!! That’s all I used to order at the Ridgecrest location!
This place, I can't even call it a restaurant! It has the feeling of a fast food place! I was so disappointed because it was my birthday and thought it an upscale sit down steak house! There's actually no service what so ever, patrons order at the counter when you walk in the door!Table side so called service, was not friendly, they drop off your meals and drinks without a smile or a hello! It wasn't like they were busy, we saw maybe 4 other tables in the whole place! We will never ever go there again! If I could give it Zero star's, I would!!
We enjoyed our experience a lot. We would definitely come back. We ordered sirloin steak, baked potato, texas toast, potato skins & baked beans very well seasoned and tasty. Customer service was second to none. We will be back very soon.
It has been a while since we've been here. Like the changes. It is a Steak & BBQ place now with good prices. We'll have to come back for dinner. The BBQ Brisket Melt was great! Service was excellent. Remember to order up front and then sit down. (I didn't see the sign when we came in!)
This isn’t really a “restaurant” in the traditional sense. It’s more like a high end fast food restaurant due to the fact that there is no wait staff. You order at a counter and then sit and someone brings you your order. Anything you need (like additional condiments, drinks, napkins etc.) you have to get up and find them yourself or go back to the front counter to order. The food is ok, but without any waitstaff, it’s just not worth the price.
