Not good business sense here....I can't wear a mask for medical reasons so the girl behind the counter wouldn't serve me so I went nextdoor to IM Burger and spent my 50 dollars there.....WAY TO GO SUBWAY girl!
Ordered via doordash a while back and this store location forgot a part of my order and because i did not return to the store within the time they wanted i was not giving my item that i paid for with my order not only did they not honor my item im told i cant have a refund for the item i never received. Horrible customer service. Give your customers what they pay for or stop using a third party to fill your orders if your not going to make them correctly. Will not order for this location again. And Emily just hung up mid conversation.
No more subway....great ppl...but no bueno on the fake foods.

Try avoid going to this Subway when the manager is there. She cuts amount of veggies and meat. This is our 2nd time there getting lunch and amount of veggies were basically nothing. I order salad but absolutely no vegetables. What did I get??? The other subway give much much more. The best one is on the Avenue J by the Good will and one on the Avenue K by the 24 hours fitness is good too. We knew this Subway is horrible but it was just on our way home and didn't have time to go to the other Subway.

Subways was good?. I had the new barbecue chicken sandwich in a tomato wrap. Get it with extra barbecue sauce...Service was excellent. Their was 2 people inFront of me that ordered five sandwiches each. The staff of three workers handled it well..Great experience.
I love it here. Definitely worth a return visit. Bring your hunger - portions are large.
I asked for more olives on my foot long sandwich that was the only item I asked for other than my meat and cheese. I was told I couldn't have more olives because they cost to much. I usually eat Subway once a week. I will be looking for a new place to eat.
