This is a good place to go for a quick bite to eat. I just hate when they make you a hot sandwich and they leave it sitting in there to get cold for the next person to finish making it. Just politely asked him to finish your sandwich and not have it just sitting there if it's a hot sub.
Workers are really rude on fixing a order of a customer they need to be re trained for customers service . Manager is worse Marisa is so mean dosnt care of customer complaints.
The only time I've had an issue here is when the meatballs were burned and all you could taste was burned sauce. Now I just have them turn over the meatballs and if I see burned pieces I get something else. Staff always greets you when you first walk in. They are courteous and friendly.

Today I went in service was great and friendly no problem at the beginning then the soda fountain after buying a medium cup I went over and the fountain makes the sod taste different that’s really all everything else was perfect

Yes they were busy but show some sense of urgencies.. don’t just walk slower then a turtle…and not engage with anyone..50min to make about 8 sandwiches for my little 2 sandwiches
