I love me some Starbucks in the morning with a ham and cheese
She serve me wrong order many times on the same visit I tried hard to explain for her my simple order but sadly was coming wrong pls working more to have better costumer services I love Starbucks.
I ordered food on this starbucks , all order are good but when I open my cheese Danish it was look like this. And im really disappointed to this store. I hope its not gonna happen again. And I hope the stuff learned how to have food safety on their store.
Review for March 13th 2022. The Starbucks located near 10th Street West in Lancaster California. I walked in here today and I was treated and greeted very nicely. I needed to use the restroom and the employee quickly offered me the code. I really appreciate attentiveness and good customer service. Besides this, their coffee is also very good.
This is my favorite Starbucks location because everyone is always so nice and friendly, the service is always very fast, & they always make my drinks exactly how I ask & they just make it taste so much better than other places I’ve tried!
Service was excellent. Drink was perfect. Just wish they could have taken a $50 dollar bill. Cashier said he didn't have enough change in his register. Wonder if he would have found the change if I had not asked first

Very good and fast paced workers but they do get busy. All and all it was a good experience and would definitely recommend this spot.

I have visited this Starbucks twice on a Monday night a little after 6pm. The service both times was terrible. There is someone, a short woman, that seems to be the manager. She is inattentive and rude. The dining area was dirty both times. Tonight, a girl behind the counter started scrubbing the tile grout behind the counter but no one ever came out to clean the tables or floors during the half hour I was there, even though I asked for something to clean the tables with and was told by the woman mentioned earlier that someone would clean them in a minute.Both times I was there, I had to call for someone to get their attention. Tonight, the shorter woman mentioned before was in the back. So was another worker that came out later. The four other people working were catering to the drive thru window but appeared disorganized, often nearly bumping into one another. They had no small bags for the food I was taking with me. The Chai Latte I ordered was watery.I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise. He or she is relying on these people to run this business and the drive thru seems pretty busy, but there is a reason that the dine-in area is relatively empty when most Starbucks are filled with folks in their computers sipping mochas
