I always get a MOCHA COOKIE CRUMBLE FRAPPUCCINO or a CARMEL RIBBON CRUNCH FRAPPUCCINO and it is always amazing!!!!

I tried to order an iced tea, tried to order an iced coffee. How are you out of all types of iced tea and iced coffee? Either mismanagement of inventory or laziness.
I just went through the drive thru today and the gal at the window was amazing. She was patient even though I ordered a complicated drink (yes, I'm that person, unfortunately) and was picking up a separate phone order. She was so positive, kind, and friendly. She deserves praise for how amazing she was dealing with the long line of cars. Amazing girl! Amazing!
