I waited in the drive through for like 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. It’s drinks that your serving, not even food. Why have I been stuck in the drive through for like 30 minutes plus ?
Great experience! We arrived to this location after another location had told us to get 3 gallons of coffee, we should've called ahead and they were understaffed so wait time was about an hour.Moving forward, we showed up here and Savannah was amazing. She told us it would be around 20mins and if we needed anything else to let her know. We had a recent passing so the coffee was for the service.Thank you again, you brighten up our day with just that visit ?
Absolutely ridiculous. I have been consistently going to this location for some time and have never written an angry review in my life for anything. So, good job there Starbucks. So that everyone knows, you have less than a two minute window to use the restroom before being treated like you have done something wrong and get harassed through the door. You would think they learned from when the Corp. got in trouble for treating homeless individuals less than human.
Disliked this particular Starbucks. I have been to many of them but at this one the employees seemed a lot more concerned with their social lives, and their own business than with customer service. No one asked me my name so I could listen for my order, and so I waited on the wrong side of the store looking at coffee drinks wondering if any of them were mine. I kept looking at the drinks as the employees talked amongst themselves and about a friend at the establishment. And for some weird reason it was announced repeatedly that the friend of an employee at the store just had a baby and and what a good friend he was. They kept hugging. The employees saw me looking at the drinks and never asked if they could help me even though it was apparent I was wondering if the drink was mine. Apparently the drinks were theirs because as they completely ignored me they picked up the drinks and walked away. I was finally called by the name of the drink I ordered to the other side of the store. I will never go to this Starbucks again.
Chill starbucks. No lines. Wifi worked. Bathrooms available but you do need a code. Staff seemed friendly. Way more chill Starbucks experience than down in LA especially South Central LA gets crazy in at starbucks. I’ll be back here for sure when i pass by and also need coffee
This Starbucks was clean. I was greeted immediately by a friendly young lady. Although the store was very busy with drive-through business, I received my order quickly. I highly recommend this Starbucks over other Starbucks in the area based on this visit compared to visits at other, nearby, Starbucks locations.
Everything great here ! Evert Starbucks I go to never has bananas and I like them in the vanilla bean frap lol
Nicholas is the Best Manager with the Best Crew in a Starbucks, I have ever seen. Be sure to stop in for my FAV a dark roast with a double pump of Expresso!!☺️. Great Crew, Great Fast, Service.
Says it close at 9. I arrive 8.25 they were doing the cash count. So they are closed.
It’s a nice Starbucks, in a great location.Seating inside wasn’t the nicest because it was very dark inside. Other than that we had a great time and got our free refills :)
