Normally my family and I LOVE sassy bird, but today one of our orders was supposed to be the mac and cheese dish (with the fixings) and another order had a side order of Mac and cheese that was supposedly 8 oz for an additional $6 dollars. You’ll see the pics below but my Mac and cheese bowl had little no no Mac and the side dish was a joke for $6 more. If they didn’t have as much Mac any more they could’ve just said so and we gladly would’ve chosen something else off the menu. The flavor of everything is always great and they usually have it ready in a timely manner I just wish we received what we actually ordered. Really disappointed.
It was just ok, not really impressive but when you consider the high price tag for a meal... not worth it.
Since them being opened they never disappointed. They are busy so be prepared. The chicken is tender and well balanced seasoning. With big pickle slices and coslaw. I recommend doing the loaded Tots box with extra chicken. The meal is not cheap, however they give generous portion to bring your appetite allong with your wallet. Crispy Tots and tender juicy chicken breast. I tried there new Buffalo lemon pepper and was very tasty. At first bite you taste the lemon pepper then the hear turns on with the Buffalo. Long lasting flavor and spice sure to leave your spicy senses satisfied!
STILL my go-to chicken sandwich spot even though I live in the San Fernando Valley now. Great menu, Consistent flavor and portions every time I go, and for a reasonable price.I just wish I could open up a franchise for ‘em down here they’d go crazy here for these me included.
This is my second time having Sassy Bird and I am not disappointed. Some of the reviews don’t do this restaurant Justice! I don’t care for coleslaw so I ordered my loaded tots without it. But as a pickle lover, I NEED to know where they get their pickles from?? LOL they are perfect!Bonus! My order was literally made within the time I was quoted. Now that is impressive.
Pros:-decent food (chicken was perfectly crunchy, fries were fine)-decent portionsCons:-Price-Communication (being told they'd bring the food to you but never does. 2 people got there orders before me even though they ordered after. When I went in to find my food it was sitting in a warmer box........)

Chicken somehow managed to be soggy and dry at the same time. Sauce was pretty good. Probably won't go back.
The Chicken is bomb, tenders recommended they are huge juicy and satisfying, also the Sassy Mac is bomb?
