Terrible customer service. So sad, even the food isn’t as good.
I wanted to surprise my wife and bought an insanely amount of sushi. We are all humans and can make mistakes so my carry out order was missing items. I did not want to drive back and ask for a refund and I also did not want to call, in the chance that may not believe me, so I was going to let it go. The restaurant noticed their mistake and call me and took full responsibility for it. We are not all perfect in life but I love the fact that they are honest. I am very satisfied with them. Glad I went there. The sushi was great too.
Service, fair, rolls tasted Brand, no flavor... guy with black glasses, green hat backwards , no mask.. not enough staff... food fair... their other restaurant, Palmdale, quicker, more staff. Food 3 stars .. maybe off day ?

Terrible customer service. Ordered to go 2 soups, 1 order of rolls and 3 egg rolls. Been waiting for 2 hours and every time a check on food they are waiting for things that shouldn't take hours like the broth...ridiculous. in addition your waiting outside so out of site out of mind. They don't answer their phone either. Worst staff ever!

Had to wait awhile to get in but worth the wait only had 1 waitress working. The Garlic spicy Edamame was bomb. Along with the crunchy tempura shrimp sushi. But the best was the Dragon roll! So good!Attenitive staff, I highly recommend!
