My experience has not been the best. I’ve come to this establishment on several occasions. Each time I come my order is incorrect. I spent $16.00 today and did not receive the correct order. In the past I have reframe from leaving a review because they have plenty one star negative reviews however, something has to change. Customers are paying their money for quality customer service, good food, and the correct order. Please do better, know one needs to be fired as times are hard however, training, and employee support is much needed.
The employees are super rude here especially to door dash drivers. I tried to pick up an order tonight and door was locked. I noticed a paper taped to the door with words saying for pickups to go through drive thru. Only the sign was upside down and hard to read. I saw an employee playing on their phone inside. I knocked to let them know their sign was upside down to just be helpful but they blatantly ignoring me. I ended up being unable to get the order to deliver it. I will never eat here again nor will I do deliveries for this location again.
I placed and order via Door Dash for a 5 Piece Handcrafted Tenders Spicy, 12 pcs Mild Mixed, 3 pcs Chicken Combo Mild, 1 lrg Mac N Cheese, 2 lrg mash potatoes, 1 reg Mac n cheese, 1 lrg Cajun Fry and 1 biscuit, order total was $110.92. The entire order is WRONG! NONE of the sides were included, the 12 pcs mixed was ALL Breast, the 3 pcs was 2 breast and leg, the tenders were not spicy, NO biscuit and I was sent 6 orders of fires!!
I changed my review to 5 stars because on this particular evening, the crew went above and beyond. I hadn't been here in a while because of my previous experience. However, the crew stepped up their game, the epitome of what great customer service should be.
This is the WORST location . The lines are long. The cashiers are rude and ghetto, especially the little boy with the green hair. To be honest, they need to fire "Jose" or retrain him(They called his named while I was there), because what I ordered was nowhere near the Popeye's taste we all love. There was no seasoning, at all. Barstow location is much better
I went into popeyes with low expectations.. just another chicken shop. However, the person who served me, Amel (sorry about spelling) helped me find the thing I wanted, she took into account thing I didn’t want certain foods i.e cheese or red meat and she was very knowledgeable about the menu and other allergies. I ended up with a 6 piece peri peri wing meal. This meal was cooked by Ilhaan (again sorry about spelling) and tasted amazing. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the fries were covered in a special seasoning. All over the service was amazing and the food was good, but the fries aren’t as good as go burrito. Overall I was pleased by the experience. Thank you popeyes x
I love Popeyes chicken but their manners are less than desirable. Online advertising and on the door says: Dine In, Takeout and Delivery; they refused to take my order inside, the drive thru is long and slow; so I left.
Don't ever go to the location instead of giving you fresh food they give you raw nuggets and cold chicken even after you ask for it fresh. Also the mangar had a rude attitude with me because I asked for it to be mad over so I got my money back
I put in a mobile order for 5:35pm. Arrived at 5:45pm and my order wasn't ready. Had to stand in the mobile order line when I made it to the front of the line no one would help me, when I finally said excuse me I have a mobile order the cashier told me that she's not working in the front of the restaurant, she's working drive thru, which means she wasn't going to help. What she should've done was told the girls working the front of the restaurant to help me but she didn't. I had to call on Jesus to stop me from cursing this girl out for being rude. Her coworker told her that she was rude. They don't start making your mobile order until you stand in the mobile order line and make it to the front. I will not go there anymore. If I want Popeye's I will go to Palmdale and get it. , their worker's know how to treat customers.
First off every teen employee in there is rude. I've seen how they treat customers with disrespect and they tell from the front counter to the back. If you ask for a condiment it's too much trouble for them to get it and when they do it's just thrown in the bag. They really need to hire adults to work here and get a manager that does his job correctly
