Yesterday was my very first and my last time coming to this establishment. I was wrong for thinking if I mentioned that I'm a first timer, they would be sure to make my order correct, despite the negative reviews stating this same issue.The gentleman greeted me and was very nice. Really personable.Now this is where things took a turn. I ordered a red snapper dinner with 2 extra pieces of cat fish. I get home and realized I had 4 pieces of fish all red snapper.. I tried to call the store back about 6 times and the line stayed busy., so I was forced to drive back and explained to Deon .my issue. I believe that was his name. Anyway he kept insisting that the catfish was included. I know what catfish tastes like. It has a distinct taste. Not only that the fish didn't seem like it was cooked in fresh grease and it was so bland I had to add salt at home.The fish overly hyped in my opinion.
This was the first time at this place. I looked up where to find good fry fish in lancaster because I was in the area. I chose this place. The atmosphere was good. The young man at the cashier was nice and courteous but I unfortunately had to wait over an hour just for 3 pieces of fish. I requested collard greens and red beans and rice but he didn't take my order for whatever reason and then will tell me they ran out of red beans and rice. Something I had already paid for. I ended with 2 orders of collard greens. I didn't expect such a long wait or he just forgot about me period. It was a little frustrating and annoying at the same time. He apologized which was nice but why take the phone number if you're not going to call when the food is ready. It makes no sense ?. It mat seems tedious but not for someone who works customer service. Just my experience. Yours might be different. Overall, the food wasn't too bad. Thanks.
Purchased fish & shrimp today it was dry , fried in old dirty old & wasn’t even hot this will be the last time I order food from Plenty of Fish I wouldn’t recommend it to family or friends
I purchased a catfish dinner, it was very delicious and seasoned just right.I'm very happy that I accidentally came across this location that offers great tasting fish along with excellent customer service!

The fish and shrimp are very fresh like the customer service. The fries are better than In n Out. They are freshly cut, not fried hard my mom can eat them, their not greasy. Rolls are soft and delicious, lemons fresher than the ones I get at Trader Joe's. They give enough tartar sauce, hot sauce and ketchup the shrimp are bigger than any usual fish market. Mutha freakin fish melts in your mouth. This is my 7th time eating their. Only waited 7 minutes. The bad thing is the men serving the food should be a dish as well. Beautiful customer service, very respectful and professional. No attitudes ever given, not even with the female employee. Very satisfying.
I got the salmon and oyster meal and it was great! My favorite was honestly the salmon. Perfect amount of batter and I liked how they poked holes on the take out box so the steam could get out and not make the food soggy. More places need to do that.
