always a hit or miss on whether the line is long. fast friendly service. Always trying to avoid giving change but balking it a donation. I guess they do support a large foundation. Has the orange chicken changed or just my taste buds. Used to be the standard order now I stay clear of the Orange chicken. Walnut shrimp is delicious make sure they don't skimp on the walnut each order is about 6 shrimp.
The issue has happened on Two separate on line orders, Back to Back?That's what makes it suspect?I read thoroughly all the menu items specifically. In my particular order it clearly said if you purchased the "party dish, IT COMES WITH HALF RICE,& HALF CHOW MEIN? 2 TIMES IN A ROW THE ORDER WAS PAID IN FULL PICKED UP. WHEN I RECEIVED THE ON LINE ORDERS ON BOTH OCCASIONS " they changed the portion ratio?It now became 3/4 rice & 1/4 chow mein?The offer presented to me by showing photos, receipts, everything very derailed. They said sorry here's a single item plate next time.WHAT?? I PAID $30 EACH TIME! That doesn't come close to replacement of my order.
Run from this location at all cost...You are better off eating at McDonald's. Staff and food at this location are shyt...just look at ALL the reviews...Management needs to clean house....but I doubt they are smart enough to fix the problems...so RUN
Honestly the trashiest one around. They have cut menu items are rude to customers skimp out on food and close earlier than every other one now. The manager and employees are lazy and think covid is an excuse to do whatever they want.
Well I hope you train your employees better than this at other locations. Your staff is disgusting and disrespectful.
Even though they have some new staff, they were fast and great.

They said they close at 930 we show up at 920. Everything was put away. The door was lock. Very disappointed.
Used to go to this location at 20th Street East in Lancaster, CA all the time but quit when quality started going down. Thought I'd give them another chance. I called at 8:45 (they close at 9:30 on Thursdays) said I wanted to place an order for pick up. The girl said they had limited items since they close in 45 minutes but she'd check to see if they had Beijing Beef. After about a minute, a much louder girl gets on the phone & says "We're not taking phone orders right now!" I said that's not what the other girl just said 2 minutes ago. But she didn't care and gave a quick "Bye" and hung up. That was their last chance.
Wow - the girl In charge did an amazing job multitasking - from helping doordasher/Uber eats picking up orders to guiding 2 new people working with her and the rest of the walk-in customers. Didn’t catch her name but she was there today Monday the 13th around 6pm . Great service
